i like this cafe. the food and desserts are good!

cookies & carrot cakes

we went out for dinner during one of our weekends. i like going to cafes & eat and all.

& it's nice that there are cafes popping out here and there. but the some of their prices dont really match the value that get. imo. or maybe it's because singapore living expenses are getting alarming higher & higher.

to digress, on another occasion, we(ash&i) decided to go out tgt to orchard. & the train was so freaking packed that i didn't manage to get out of the train! ashley managed to get out but i was stuck! had to go to the next stop to take the train back. i'm beginning to stay out of town/city area during weekends & trying to go to heartland places that still have nice places to chill.

oh, & i've found a way to make green tea cookies. been trying out green tea recipes here and there & this is one successful one. i've made it for my sis when her friend went to korea during mid feb this year. unfortunately my mom's 16 years oven …

sigh oh love.

To love too quickly is deemed foolish.  To love too many, is superficial.  Our tragedy is that we believe something can only be beautiful when it is rare.  We exist in a society that dismisses the beauty in everyday life.

dinner and meet up

at canele. i've been wanting to try this place. not too bad, but not very exciting either.

poor nat who have gotten her wisdom teeth plucked the day before. hahaha

talk cock gang.

during the past couple of months couple of us kept gathering for cooking sessions at ashley's and outings together.
& one of the place we frequent, paulaner & bliss.

left alone w my thoughts.

you know that place between sleep and awake, the place where you can still remember dreaming? that's where i will always love you, that's where i'll be waiting...

colours makes me happy.

finally i went to try the colorful xiao long bao which i often seen in alot of people's facebook pictures. it was such an interesting novelty that i had longed to try for a long long long time.

anyway for those who have no idea where to find it,
it's at Paradise Dynasty @ ION Orchard.

it's no surprise that the owner is so young! i wanted to apply to become their marketing exec because i thought that the paradise coy has really good potential to grow. they have good food and interesting concepts.

ashley liked their shen jian bao (fried meatbuns?) that we ended up ordering another serving.

their bean paste noodles was also very good!

i liked the ambience and the service. it was prompt and this east asian looking server was also very polite even when one of us spoke in chinese and he totally dont understand what we were speaking.

will head back again! wheeeeeeee
