Things to do in Singapore: Alive Museum

A day at the Alive Museum.

We had a fun time and it was really tiring taking the pictures. There was a discount for Passion Card so we had a discounted rate.

Recommend girls not to wear heels or skirts because you will be moving around and lying on the ground to take some of the pictures.

Picture time.

I like this the most cause it's really quite funny.

Krabi; Cooking Thai Food

On our last day at Krabi, we went for a cooking class!
We signed up for Smart Cook Thailand. In the morning we had a driver who picked us up at the hotel and to a bungalow.
There were five of us. Our classmates were 2 japanese, 1 chinese who speaks really good japanese and thai.
We got to choose what we would like to cook within each category: 1. Curry Paste : Green, Red, Phanaeng 2. Curry : Green, Red, Phanaeng  3. Soup : Tom yum, Tom kha 4. Chicken dish: Padthai, Cashew, Sweet and sour 5. Spring roll: Fresh, fried or banana 6. Salad: Papaya, Cucumber 7. Dessert: Mango sticky rice, Banana and Pumpkin in coconut soup.

We made curry paste.

Job well done!

We tried this lovely noodle store which is next to Peace Laguna.

Krabi; Hot Spring Spa Trip

So poor Evon got a cut the day before during our island hopping. So we decided to go for a hot spring retreat the next day instead.

We headed to a random travel agent office along Ao Nang and picked this interesting looking place. It's called Waree Raksa Hot Spring and Day Spa.

So we got picked up early next day from the hotel and drove all the way to the outskirts.

It's really kampung style.

& it's really a tranquil place. because, we were the only two tourist around!! Super VIP treatment, with 2 masseurs and 1 driver/translator/photographer. The driver was so enthusiastic in helping us take pictures.

So, we spent the entire morning enjoying coconut body scrubs, dipping into the really hot spring and did some funny yoga moves.

After sweating, we got a nice coconut drink.

We showered and had a yummy lunch. It's home cooked and so so filling. I think this might be our favourite meal of the entire trip.

After that, we went up to a veranda to rest. So, we slept. haha…
